"Sun Mei Tang" is a beverage with a long history as a source of food and medicine, and is also mentioned in the classical Chinese medicine textbook "Honcho Tsunamoku".
Its refreshing sweet and sour taste is delicious both hot and iced!
It can be mixed with hot or cold water, sparkling water, green tea, or add some grated ginger to make it even more fresh taste than it is. We drink this after eating too much delicious/oily food like Chinese hot pot.
【Ingredients】 Sugar, salt, plum, hawthorn extract powder, wolfberry extract, honey, malic acid, sweetener (sucralose)

【How to drink】Mix 1 tablespoon (15g) of the syrup with 120ml of hot water, soda or tea. Stir well and enjoy.
